Apartment for Rent
ATBC2008 Association and goélia.com joined to propose you apartments and studios for rent in the center of Montpellier.
Résidence de vacances GOELIA "SUN CITY"
Apartments (4 pers.) and studios (2 pers.) are available for rent at the Résidence Goélia Sun City in Montpellier. We reserved 12 apartments and 20 studios for FSD2010 registered participants only. These are especially recommended for participants travelling with their family.
The Résidence de vacances GOELIA "SUN CITY" is located 70/72 avenue Pont Juvénal, nearby the modern neighborhood and shopping center of Antigone, within walking distances of the pedestrian city center La Comédie, and 15' distant from the Venue Le Corum by Tram (8'). Lign 2. Orange. Station Rives du Lez - Direction Jacou. Stop : Corum. Map

* Add local touristic tax : 0.85 € per adult per day.
Rates includes water and electricity, free access to open-door swimming pool, fitness, outside parking.
Apartments are equipped with TV, wireless, a separate small kitchen with dishes, a separate bathroom with toilet (separate in two-room apartment), bed sheets (no room service), and a 5 m² balcony (but few studios). Two-room apartments have one double beds and a sofa-bed for two persons. One-room apartments have two one-person sofa-beds.
If needed, there are studios for handicaped persons.
On site : Restaurant and pizzeria. Sauna (8 €). Laundry : washing (token 3 €) and drying (token 2€) machines.
Booking
- Arrival : between 15:30 and 19:00 (3:30 pm - 7:00 pm)
- Departure : between 08:00 and 10:00 (8:00 am - 10:00 am)
Note : For those arriving on Sunday 13th (office closed), the apartment key will be available in a coded safe a the reception. Code information will be mailed to participants.
Payment
- 25 % at booking, and 75 % a month before arrival.
