Call for Posters (Postral Cancelled)

English is the official language of the meeting

Submission extended to Friday 30 APRIL

Posters

Posters will stay posted for three entire days (June 14 – 16th), which leaves ample time for participants to read and discuss them. The poster session has been moved to 18:30-20:00, the same days. Bar will be open between 18:30-19:30.

Submitted posters will be reviewed based on: Scientific content (objectives and hypothesis, data and results, conclusion) ; Originality; Clarity & Writing Quality

* Due to the lack of  consequent institutional support, we are unable  to accept additional poster per registrant without an additional fee (150€) We are very sorry of that decision (just as a talk, a poster presentation has a cost, indeed, that needs to be covered). Please, contact the Chair at pmforget(a)yahoo.fr if you want to present more than one presentation.

Registration fee should be paid before abstracts are reviewed

Poster should be 117 x 96 cm max. (Height x Width) (pdf). They will be fixed on double-sided panels (up to 50, ie 100 posters). See the Joffre Hall for the setting. Poster will be installed for 3 entire days, and must be removed by June 16, 20:00.

Publication

Apart from the publication of plenary talks in peer-reviewed journal (in progress), a number of posters will be nominated  in addition to oral papers for peer-review and publication in a journal supplement.
