Call for Oral Papers

English is the official language of the meeting

CLOSED

Abstract submission

Oral papers (15' each) will be presented during (invited) plenary symposia (14, 15 and 16 June afternoon), and during three (or 4-5 depending on attendance) concurrent symposium-workshop sessions (Thursday 17 June afternoon and Friday morning). Individual registered participants might present no more than one talk*. There are plenty of rooms for posters (max capacity of 300) at the very friendly Joffre room.

* NEW : Due to the lack of  consequent institutional support, we are unable  to accept additional poster per registrant without an additional fee. We are very sorry of that decision (just as a talk, a poster presentation has a cost, indeed, that needs to be covered). Please, contact the Chair at pmforget(a)yahoo.fr if you want to present more than one presentation.

Abstract length should be limited to 1500 characters (or 250 words).

Please, do not use text in full CAPITAL when registering, avoid using published references, mention your protocol when needed, the main results and give a clear take-home message. You can eventually use the comment box to add more information to be used by organizers.

Students should mail a copy of their student ID card to  fsd2010(a)yahoo.fr.

Paper review

Submitted papers will be reviewed based on: Scientific content (objectives and hypothesis, data and results, conclusion) ; Originality; Clarity & Writing Quality

Registration fee should be paid before abstracts are reviewed

If you have a problem when registering, or  if you need a letter of invitation or acceptance, please contact us at fsd2010(a)yahoo.fr
