"Pourtant que la Montagne est belle" -- Jean Ferrat (1930-2010)
"Nonetheless, how much beautiful is the mountain". In 1964, Jean Ferrat wrote the song "La Montagne" speaking about the Ardèche, a fantastic region with Chesnut-rich forest closeby Montpellier and Languedoc-Roussillon. When you'll visit our Southern Regions, with us, you will also sing "Pourtant que la montagne est belle -- Comment peut-on s'imaginer -- En voyant un vol d'hirondelles -- Que l'automne vient d'arriver ?".
