Early Bird fee
According to on-line Collins dictionnary, an "early bird is someone who does something or goes somewhere very early, especially very early in the morning". Another meaning : an "early bird deal or offer is one that is available at a reduced price, but which you must buy earlier than you would normally do." Early Bird registration is available until 31 December 2009. You can also register and pay a normal fee, thus contributing to support reduced fee for students and participants from countries with low income. Go to Registration.
