2010 is the International Year of Biodiversity. It is an opportunity for all the world to recognize the importance of biodiversity for all life on Earth, to reflect on our achievements to safeguard biodiversity and focus on the urgency of our challenge for the future. Now is the time to act. At this website, you'll find information on biodiversity, about celebrations of the International Year of Biodiversity in your country and around the world, and about how we can all make a difference. FSD2010 is listed as a Worldwide celebration. Other celebration organized on 20 January by the IUCN-Fr at the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle in Paris.
